2 Locations: I have two convenient Culver City Offices, easily reached from the 405, the 10, and the 90 Highways:
4230 Overland Avenue (In the first block South of Culver Boulevard, on the East side.) Convenient street parking, a French Café, Café Laurent, directly across the street and 5002 Timberlake Terrace (3 lights North/East from the intersection of Overland and Jefferson.) This location is particularly beautiful.

Directions to the Timberlake Terrace Office
This office, [the old MGM Lot #3, the site of the Tarzan, Showboat, and other movies] is just off Jefferson Boulevard between Overland and La Cienega. The gate will give you a map to my office, which is about 1/4 mile (or 7 speed bumps) from the gate. Parking is along Raintree Circle, or at designated places-which the gate will tell you about.
From the North
Using surface streets. Come south on Overland, turn left onto Jefferson, go to the third light past Overland (approximately 1/2 mile), and turn right into Raintree Circle. Use the center lane as you drive up to the Security Gate and tell them you are here to see me.
Using freeways. Exit 405 South at Washington/Culver.At the bottom of the ramp, turn left onto Sawtelle, then left at the first stop light onto Culver. (Be careful here. There are two pairs of lanes; you want to get into the lane furthest south.) Turn right onto Overland, left onto Jefferson, go to the third light past Overland, and turn right into Raintree Circle (approximately 1/2 mile). Use the center lane as you drive up to the Security Gate and tell them you are here to see me.
From the South
Using the 405 Freeway, get off at the Slausson/Sepulveda exit; this puts you on Sepulveda going north. Continue until you reach a fork (Sepulveda/Jefferson); take the right fork to Jefferson. Continue to the third light after Overland, (approximately 1/2 mile), and turn right into Raintree Circle. Use the center lane as you drive up to the Security Gate and tell them you are here to see me.
Directions When You Arrive
Walk to the front door and ring the bell. (If you knock I may not be able to hear you.) I will let you in and show you around the office. You may use the lavatory, and take some bottled water before we begin our session if you like.
Fees The fee is based, in part, upon the number of times we meet per week. The more often, we meet, the lower the hourly fee. My standard fee is $150 per session (50 minutes) for once a week therapy. While most people attend once a week meetings, many desire to work more intensively and attend several sessions a week.
I do ask that the fee be paid at each session, before we start the session. If you would like to use a credit card to pay for your sessions, you may click the icon on this page for Master Card or Visa.
Click below to use your credit card to pay through a Pay Pal account you set up now (if you don't already have a Pay Pal account).
Insurance: The way I work with insurance companies is that you pay me, and I give you invoices which you submit to your insurance company which then reimburses you.
As a courtesy to prospective new clients I provide the service of verifying insurance benefits, if you would like me to. In order to do this I will need you to look at your insurance card and be able to tell me the following information. You may call me and give me this information, and I will verify your benefits, and call you back so that you may determine what reimbursements you may expect from your insurance company.
What is the name of the Insurance company
Is the insurance in your name or someone else’s (husband, wife, father, mother)?
Can you spell the name for me? If the insured is not you, could you spell the name for me?
What is the insured person’s birth date?
If you are not the insured, what is the insured’s birth date?
What is the group number?
What is the employer’s name? Please spell it for me.
What is the insurance number of the insurance company?
Look on the front or back of the card for the number: “For mental health call (800) 000-0000. Please tell me what it says.”
Is there a name or initials next to the number (for example, Managed Health Network, PPO)?
Are you covered by a second insurance, too? If, so, I will need to know the answers to the above questions for that insurance as well.
Many people submit claims each 3 months, or each 6 months, while others submit claims every month. Let's discuss your options.
First Sessions/Getting Started: In order to save time, I have included a down-loadable Intake Form, which you can fill out before your arrival. (The intake form is in a PDF format. In order to read a PDF file you must have Adobe's Acrobat Reader. Acrobat is free from Adobe.com.) You could also fax it to me at 310.838.6363. As you hear my outgoing message, just send the completed form. Your confidentiality requires that you do not send me your intake information through the internet.
